Q: When will you have more locks in stock?
A: Due to complications caused by the COVID-19 crisis, we have had troubles restocking our inventory. We are hoping to be able to restock the store and fill reservations as soon as we are able.

Q: Where do you ship to?
A: Under normal conditions we gladly ship direct to you world wide. However due to the on going COVID-19 crisis there are shipping disruptions in place for certain parts of the world.
At the moment, we are only able to ship to the following countries:
- Czech Republic

Q: Where is my Lock shipped from?
A: Forever Locks ordered through www.TheForeverLock.com will be sent directly from the headquarters in TAIWAN.
Q: How long will it take for me to get my Forever Lock?
A: Orders to the USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, and major cities in Russia take an average of 8-12 business days to arrive based on your location. Orders to other parts of the world will depend on the location but will take anywhere from 8-25 business days.

Q: Can I get additional or replacement keys?
A: Currently all locks are shipped with 3 keys and 2 key boxes.
If you want more keys shipped with you lock, please contact support and let us know how many more you need shipped with your lock. Each extra key is $10 USD. Extra Key Storage Boxes are also $10 USD.
*Please note we cannot provide extra keys after the lock has been shipped.
Q: Can I get multiple locks that are keyed the same?
A: Unfortunately production limitations currently prevents me from producing locks that are keyed the same. All locks are all currently keyed differently.
Q: Do you sell a Lock Holder/Holster/Mount that will attach the U-Lock to my Bike?
A: We do not sell a holder, but some of our customers have had success using the holder sold at this link:

Q: The Slide on my lock is sticky or getting stuck when I try to pull it out, how do I fix this?
A: When the lock is opened without using the thumb handles, it can cause excess pressure to be placed on one edge of the locking slide. This pressure can cause the key to shift and block the function of the Slide.
To fix this, hold the lock with the “Forever Lock” logo facing you, and then place a slight pressure on the edge of the slide closest to you. This will correct the position of the key and allow the slide to function smoothly and be pulled out.
To prevent this from happening, please be sure to make use of the silver thumb handles located on the locking mechanism. Placing your thumb here while operating (pulling, turning, etc.) the lock will allow your lock to operate smoothly and reduce wear on the components.

Q: Can I return or exchange my lock?
A: Returns and exchanges requests can only be processed for customers in the USA and within 14 days of delivery. All returned goods must be undamaged and be returned in their original packaging. If a return is required please contact us directly using the “contact” tab for instructions.
Q: Can I pay using Bitcoin or Other Cryptocurrencies?
A: Yes, we currently accept Bitcoin (BTC), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Litecoin (LTC), or Ethereum (ETH) through CoinBase Commerce.
